If the watch is from a brand for which we provide aftersales support for (see below) and it is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, then we can assist you with a free of charge warranty repair should you require it.

We take great care over each and every watch we service, testing and cleaning all elements to ensure you can enjoy its use for many years to come. Our warranty servicing can also highlight possible faults or potential problems early so these can be repaired before they have the chance to cause any significant damage.

If the watch is from a brand for which we provide aftersales support for (see below) and it is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, then we can assist you with a free of charge warranty repair should you require it.

Warranty Claim

You need to send your watch to us along with the dated/stamped warranty slip OR other dated proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, despatch note) – a legible copy will suffice.

If your watch is under warranty it will be repaired free of charge and returned to you, usually within 15-20 working days.

If you do not have any of these documents, or your watch is outside the warranty period or terms, then we will generate an estimate. Regret we CANNOT undertake a warranty repair without a dated proof of purchase (for example if you have lost it, or the watch was a gift).

If you wish, send your watch to us with a (preferably typed) covering letter and we will examine it and proceed as above.

  • Send with a covering letter (Name, Address, Email address, Reason for sending) and your dated proof of purchase if the watch is within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
  • Send securely packed (bubble wrap, padded envelope). Please do NOT send the original box.
  • Recommended to send via an insured service (ie Royal Mail Special Delivery); or recorded (but recorded is not insured).

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL BOX AS IT MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Straps, Batteries, Wear/Tear and Accidental damage are not covered under warranty.

The watch should NOT be opened by an unauthorised third party during the warranty period (for example, to change the battery) as this risks invalidating any remaining warranty.

We do not provide repairs for the following brands whilst they are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. However, once this warranty is expired we are approved to carry out servicing and repairs to the following brands. Please contact us to arrange an estimate.

Repair

Please send your watch to us following the instructions below. We will then we will generate an estimate by email which will confirm all the details and allow for payment online if you accept.
